Does the job well
I normally wear a 38 or 40 DD depending on brand. I ordered this in a 42D and it fits well. The bust shape seemed a bit pointy but I found once it was under clothing it was fine. I'm also short and I find that this bra fits better than a lot of longlines I've tried. It stays where it should and looks great under my bridesmaid dress so I'm pretty happy with it. My only major complaint is that it's a little itchy. The unpadded lace looks pretty but is a bit rough on the skin.

Very poor workmanship, cheaply made.
The cup area was too big, and poorly made. The fabric was not evenly spaced between the seams. Fabric around the underwire was bunched up, stitching was uneven.

very itchy
after wearing bra for a short time, a couple of hours, became chaffed under arm area, kept riding up from bottom, just not very comfortable over all to wear.

Made me cry
This thing is a torture device. Y'all know we well-endowed women have trouble finding strapless bras. I got this one to wear under my wedding dress and was so disappointed. It makes your boobs cone shaped, and it has zero padding. It is supportive but too much so. The band at the bottom hit at my belly button and created a pooch that even a shaper/spanx wouldn't alleviate. I would go with the product I recommend below.

Supportive yet no bulky foam, but pointy shape
I was shocked at how well this held me up. I really like the support on this one as well as the fact that it's all lace and no foam or thick material and is a bit shorter than some others. My bridesmaid dress is thick enough to for a June wedding; I don't need the extra layers of material to make me boil.
As others have said the cup shape is oddly pointy. As a 38DD this is the first time I've had cups I didn't fill, so it's likely I could go down a cup size. However, I don't think that would solve the shape issue much. Therefore, since there is room in the cup I will do a little reshaping along the seams with my sewing machine and see if I can't cut off the "offending points". We'll see how that goes!
As for the band size, I have a 34" waist and a relatively flat torso (size 14) and I was able to fit my normal 38 band size on the middle row of hooks.
