SEO MANAGER


Position Summary:
The SEO Manager leads the implementation of SEO initiatives at a high volume B2C online retailer. This position manages the day-to-day activities to support the robust SEO program for BareNecessities.com. This position requires strong organizational and program management skills to implement SEO optimization and best practices. This position works closely with members of the Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Merchandising, and IT/Web Development to achieve SEO growth objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day SEO program, roadmap and growth strategy based on customer and competitive insights, agency recommendations, brand strategy and E-commerce goals
  • Plan, manage and execute search engine optimization efforts to ensure consistent high keyword ranking on search engines
  • Manage internal and external team members to ensure timely, accurate and effective team output and systemic optimization, including management of SEO efforts on-site and internal systems
  • Manage on-site and off-site SEO efforts with content producers and program management team, including copy generation and site optimization
  • Partner with E-commerce, Marketing, Creative and Merchandising teams to define content strategy to help the customer shop more confidently while adding benefit to our SEO program

Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers with phone and online orders, product inquiries, and product recommendations. You will become a bra fitting expert in this position, offering fit and styling advice to customers while driving sales.

Position Summary:
The Online Merchandising Manager is a marketing expert with deep knowledge of selling online that drives conversion, creates customers, markets to the sales plan, personalizes the customer experience, supports efforts for key segments, develops and implements website campaigns to support promotional and editorial efforts.

PHOTO RETOUCHER


Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Photo Retoucher to join our growing Post-Production team. You will be working closely with the Lead Retoucher, Creative and Photography teams to ensure quality, color and style consistency throughout the brand’s imagery. The Retoucher must possess strong experience retouching for On-figure, Stills and Product imagery in a deadline driven high volume environment. This is a hands-on position with growth potential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain production of a high volume of images under very tight deadlines.
  • Partner with the shoot production and merchandising teams to ensure quality.
  • Utilize appropriate digital asset management techniques, from receiving images from the studio up to when the item goes live.
  • Take creative direction from Creative Director and apply to images in order to achieve the best possible result for final web files.
  • Communicate with other teams in order to proactively address discrepancies and solve issues.
  • Collaborate with several departments & also work independently.
  • Apply techniques in Photoshop to retouch or enhance photographs: Reduce gloss, remove debris or prepare specified areas for highlighting, clean up blemishes, stray hairs, wrinkles, and soften highlights. Create masks and templates.
Qualifications:
  • Two to three years’ experience retouching images in Photoshop
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of retouching skin tone, body shape, clothing and product refinement, as well as ability to control color/contrast for the web and print
  • Knowledge and experience in advanced retouching, selection tools, color correction curves, histograms, sharpening, masking, layers, channels, color management, raw file conversion and adjustments and keyboard shortcuts.
  • Ability to work very quickly without sacrificing overall image quality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Content Management, Microsoft Excel, and Email
