Position Summary:
The Senior E-Commerce Coordinator is a marketing professional responsible for creating strategies for site content, functionality, and features that ensure a great customer experience while maximizing conversion rates, revenue and profit on BareNecessities.com. This role requires a high-energy, detailed individual who is deadline driven with strong analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the setup and execution of A/B/multivariate tests and personalization.
  • Program promotional site content, leveraging html and our internal CMS to deliver the desired experience.
  • Translate marketing and website merchandising goals into stories and actionable tests and tasks.
  • Execute price changes, sales and promotions including images & navigation.
  • Participate in brainstorming and idea creation for testing, personalization, and optimizing our site.

  • Knowledge of and experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing and related techniques
  • Experience with personalization tools such as Maxymizer, Monetate, or similar tools
  • Experience with Web Analytics packages; Coremetrics, Google Analytics, or other analytics packages

Position Summary:
The e-commerce Product Merchandising Coordinator will support the daily website activation for BareNecessities.com. Position requires strong organizational skills to oversee day-to-day product activation, reactivation, site updates, QA testing & audit of all active product to constantly ensure our product assortment is optimized for selling.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement daily product merchandising set-up & activation via our internal Content Management System for e-commerce website. Assign product names, select product attributes, create optimal product bullets, assign complete-the-look/matching/related product recommendations and follow our product image strategy.
  • Deactivate sold-out products and images daily. Reactivate products brought back into stock. Help coordinate RTV products & troubleshoot individual product issues with merchants and inventory control team.
  • Request samples from warehouse. Follow-up with merchants on images, vendor information, logo, and size charts.
  • Review selling reports and customer reviews. Identify ways to optimize the product pages.
  • Perform top notch Quality Assurance testing on our daily activated products and product attribution.

Position Summary:
The Email Marketing Manager is a data driven, customer-segmentation specialist who creates and directs email marketing strategy, identifies and refines prospect and customer segments, develops and implements all promotional, transactional and automated email campaigns for Bare Necessities based on customer data. This position works closely with members of the marketing, e-commerce, creative, merchandising, and IT/Web development to achieve email, business, and customer growth objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective e-mail marketing strategies including contact strategy, segmentation/targeting, ongoing testing, and content, template and creative optimization, designed to drive sales, lifetime value, and loyalty.
  • Create and implement all email campaigns including daily targeted emails, transactional emails and automated/triggered campaigns.
  • Process expertise to ensure set up, testing, review, QA, deployment, and reporting is managed effectively and executed in a timely, repeatable fashion while maximizing full-service relationship with email service provider (Experian Cheetahmail).
  • Perform detailed analysis and report results across programs, campaigns and segments and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide and implement recommendations on deliverability, creative, data hygiene and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with internal merchandising team, content team and graphic designers to produce email marketing messages and deliverables while adhering to strict deadlines
