Position Summary:
The Senior E-Commerce Coordinator is a marketing professional responsible for creating strategies for site content, functionality, and features that ensure a great customer experience while maximizing conversion rates, revenue and profit on This role requires a high-energy, detailed individual who is deadline driven with strong analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the setup and execution of A/B/multivariate tests and personalization.

Position Summary:
The e-commerce Product Merchandising Coordinator will support the daily website activation for Position requires strong organizational skills to oversee day-to-day product activation, reactivation, site updates, QA testing & audit of all active product to constantly ensure our product assortment is optimized for selling.

Position Summary:
The Email Marketing Manager is a data driven, customer-segmentation specialist who creates and directs email marketing strategy, identifies and refines prospect and customer segments, develops and implements all promotional, transactional and automated email campaigns for Bare Necessities based on customer data. This position works closely with members of the marketing, e-commerce, creative, merchandising, and IT/Web development to achieve email, business, and customer growth objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective e-mail marketing strategies including contact strategy, segmentation/targeting, ongoing testing, and content, template and creative optimization, designed to drive sales, lifetime value, and loyalty.
  • Create and implement all email campaigns including daily targeted emails, transactional emails and automated/triggered campaigns.
  • Process expertise to ensure set up, testing, review, QA, deployment, and reporting is managed effectively and executed in a timely, repeatable fashion while maximizing full-service relationship with email service provider (Experian Cheetahmail).
  • Perform detailed analysis and report results across programs, campaigns and segments and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
