There is no padding in the bra at all. It’s just sewn mesh. There is no support either - the only support you can get is from the halter tie, which puts enormous pressure on your neck. And the size is small - I ordered my usual bra size and it barely covers my boobs, I’m spilling out the sides of the cup. Really regret buying this too as it was final sale and I can’t return it, so just a complete waste of $50. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this top if you have a large chest.
