SEAMLESS is the free Bare Necessities U.S. loyalty program that rewards your love of intimates: The more you shop, the bigger the perks.
How do I join SEAMLESS?
Enrolling couldn’t be easier: Create a membership account online, and you're in! Membership is completely free, and there’s no minimum spend required to participate.
What benefits do SEAMLESS members get?
Your benefits depend on your tier status: The higher your tier, the bigger the perks. Benefits may include free shipping offers, birthday discounts, exclusive sales, free gifts and more. Visit our Membership Terms and Conditions to see full program details.
How is my SEAMLESS status determined?
Your SEAMLESS status is based on how much you spend at within a 12-month period (after promotional offers and sale pricing, and before taxes and shipping have been applied). Each time you reach a new tier, you have a full 12 months to enjoy that level's benefits. For orders to count toward your SEAMLESS spend, you must be logged into your membership account when placing your order.
Do all purchases count toward my SEAMLESS spend?
Any eligible purchase made at counts. Purchases made with voucher codes will not be considered eligible purchases. With the exception of some special offer, the loyalty value is equal to the amount spent on eligible products (after promotional offers and sale pricing but before taxes and shipping charges are applied). eGift Certificates are not eligible items, and amounts spent on eGift Certificates will not count toward your SEAMLESS spend. What are considered eligible items?
Eligible items are products sold on that are not eGift Certificates. Eligible items are part of an order that does not use a voucher as its form of payment. Eligible items are part of an order placed by a U.S. resident who is logged into their membership account on at the time the order was placed.
How do I redeem my SEAMLESS benefits?
Your benefits can be found in links you receive in Bare Necessities emails, in on-site messaging at or applied automatically in the Bare Necessities shopping Bag. When logged into your account at, make sure you’ve opted in to receive marketing emails from Bare Necessities so you get all the benefits you’re entitled to.
Do SEAMLESS benefits expire?
Yes. Each time you reach a new SEAMLESS tier, you have a full 12 months to enjoy that level's benefits. At the end of that 12-month period, your Lace, Satin or Silk-level SEAMLESS benefits will expire. Cotton-level SEAMLESS benefits do not expire and are always available to loyalty members.

How long does it take for an order to be reflected in my SEAMLESS spend?
It can take 24-48 hours for the spend from an order to be reflected in your SEAMLESS spend.
How do I make sure my Bare Necessities purchase counts toward my SEAMLESS spend?
Your spend is automatically applied to your SEAMLESS spend, so as long as you’re logged in, you don’t have to do a thing!
