SPANX Zoned Performance Compression V-neck Top Shapewear
It's good, but it's not magic.
This is a good product overall, but it's not quite as magical as the description suggests. So if you're looking for something that is going to take you from flab to fab, look elsewhere. Heck, just look at the photos of the product and you'll notice that they have a model with an 8-pack modelling a product designed to slim you down. Can we get a realistic model, please?
Now, first the positives: The shirt is very cool, doesn't make you sweat. So if you're like me and you just sweat easily no matter what you do, this is not going to make that problem worse. It will actually keep you a little bit cooler in most cases. And the shirt *does* slim your waistline a bit, it's just not by any huge margin. If you have man boobs it'll reign those in too. I think the best function of this shirt is that it compresses your flab so it doesn't jiggle or bounce or any of that nonsense. It keeps you cool, makes you look like you lost about 10 pounds, and stops you from having embarrassing jiggle, so I would call this shirt a worthwhile investment.
Now, there are a couple cons. First, it's expensive. Is it worth it? Well, I'd say yes but I'm very self-conscious about my body. If you're looking at this product, you probably are, too, so yeah it's probably worth it. Second, you might need to ask someone to help you get in and out of it, because this thing comes out of the box looking like doll clothing. It's that tiny. You have to fight it to get it on and off, but it does feel nice once it's on. I have found it constricts my arm movements and feels uncomfortable slightly around the shoulders, so dont wear it if you need to do anything particularly athletic.
