I have a MUCH older shock absorber sports bra in size 36E that I wear to Zumba. It COMPLETELY stops "the bounce". After reading the reviews, I ordered a new one in my actual bra size 34G. Its very comfortable and the upper back strap makes so much difference to how my breast weight is carried. It doesn't completely stop "the bounce" though, during a workout. I am keeping this one for work (oral surgery assistant) because it's comfy to wear while being physically active 8-10 hours at a time. I'll probably order another with a larger band and a smaller cup size for Zumba. Def love this product though!

THIS is a Sports Bra
Why have I been buying "regular" sports bras in the past? I will only buy Shock Absorber or other similar brands moving forward. Life.Changing. Worth every penny!

The bra that traps you
Get the waist size 1 to 2 times bigger than your regular waist size. I have the shoulder adjustments to the largest setting and still struggle to get my arms through the straps. I'm not an obese woman either, my waist size is 34.
I don't know what male designer though the clasp design was a good idea. The back has two sets of clasps, the top one (between your shoulder blades, and hard to reach from behind) is similar to the clasp for a front closing bra (twist and pull apart) - thankfully, when I get home from a sweaty work out and feel trapped in this bra, my husband is around to set me free from this bra.
