Shock Absorber Maximum Control Wire-Free Sports Bra
Good for moderate support
It doesn't provide enough support for running, but I would wear it for spinning or yoga. Light-weight and comfortable.

Best sports bra ever!
A good sports bra is incredibly difficult to come by, and a good running bra is even more difficult to find. This bra is not only supportive but comfortable. It's lightweight and breathable--necessary qualities of a running bra--and smooth on the inside so it feels nice against the skin. I also have very sensitive skin and this is one of the few bras that supports me without chafing me. Unlike more "popular" sports bras for big-breasted women (like Enell), this does not strap in and squish your breasts (which is actually quite bad for breast tissue). I highly recommend that you at least try this bra; I imagine this won't work for women with gigantic breasts, but it's the best running bra I've come by. A note on the fit: the cups run true to size but the band does run a bit small, but not by a full size. I would recommend that if you wear your bra on the loosest setting, that you order a band size up (and a cup size lower). If you don't wear your bra on the loosest setting, you should be fine getting your regular size.

Full-figured runner's best friend
I'm a 32D/32DD. I'm new to running. For years I've wanted to train for a 5k but just couldn't find a bra that could go the distance with me. Thank goodness I found this baby!
This bra is surprisingly supportive, given how thin the cups are. Adjustable straps make it fit me perfectly. It's as comfortable as my go-to daywear bra. And it has held up like a champ despite the abuse I've put it through over the past several months.
TIPS FOR PUTTING IT ON:
1. Fasten the upper strap's clip so you hear and feel the clasp go "click".
2. THEN pull the bra over your head.
3. Securely fasten the shoulder straps.
4. Fasten the lower strap's hook-and-eye clasp.
5. If the straps near your shoulder blades twisted, untwist them.
It takes me no more than 30 seconds to do all of the above.

impossible to put on
I love the support of the shock absorber bras (and I'm a G), but the way they've changed the back straps make it nearly impossible for me to put on by myself. I have to get my husband to help. not very user friendly.

Best sports bra for high intensity exercise
I have tried many different sports bra's and this one by far is the best. I am a fan of shock absorbers products and was pleased when they came out with this one. It holds the girls down very well thus reducing the bounce. I run marathons and needed something that makes me feel like they aren't even there and this bra does that. I've had a lot of troubles with other sports bra's creating rubs on my chest and this one doesn't at all which is fantastic. I love that you can hook it up top to make a racerback (and it is easy to do, don't have to struggle to get into the bra). It looks like an actual sports bra anyone would wear and fits great under exercise tanks. Only complaint is the band runs slightly small.
