You could certainly wear the garment but you will not have an ideal fit in the cup, as this style only accommodates up to a D cup. If the garments that use bra sizes are not appealing to you, you may wish to try a high waist shaper or an open bust shaper which will allow you to wear your own bra.

The bodysuit style #1191 from Va Bien offers wider comfort straps. However, the Va Bien style, unlike the Body Wrap style, is a firm control bodysuit.

Based on your band size you would require a size L, however based on your dress size you would require a size S. So I would recommend going with size Medium. You can also use your weight and hip measurements as well to help select the best size possible. Another idea to create a perfect fit is to pair your favorite bra with a high-waisted body briefer like those I have selected below. Thank you for your question!
