Does What It's Supposed To Do
OK, this garment definitely does the trick for smoothing out the back fat and that in midsection, too. I need to lose one full dress size. This SPANX visually erases at least 5 pounds. In my opinion, however, this is shapewear for only a few hours. I have worn it on 4 different occasions , for at least 8 hours at a time. For whatever reason, the manufacturer chose to put the adjustable strap piece precisely in front of one's underarm. It's cut wide - U shape and outside each breast - putting major pressure right in this space where your bra strap meets your bra. After 4 hours, I was dreaming of taking it off! A certain amount of discomfort is to be expected as this is, afterall, a SPANX. However, for me this is almost unbearable. Wondering why SPANX didn't put the adjustment gadget at the back? Or if they can change it now to the back? This is my perfect size, so it's not that it's too small. I love the sleek look it gives, but think I'll need to reserve it for short periods of time only. On a positive note, this is so uncomfortable I'm now motivated to shed the pounds so I don't have to wear this.

My first spanx ever!
So i needed to wear a really slim dress for a formal occasion, but i do have a post baby belly that i at least wanted to smooth out if not hide all together. I took my mesaurments and crossed my fingers. This is a really good product, although im not sure i would have paid full price for it. It smoothed out my bumps n bulges and i had no panty lines. It also took me down a whole dress size. Let me tell you though this thing is hot, i wore it when it was cold out so that was a plus. I also didnt have to worry about anything rolling up or down so that was kewl. I didnt like the straps as far as they felt or the fact that they were so thick..a spagetti strap anything is a no no in this. But over all the spanx made it possiable to wear my dress and not have any worries of bumps bulgies, or panty lines so it did its job.

Excellent Foundation garment
This SPANX product really does the job. SMooths out all the lines and bulges. It is much better then the full slip versions that accentuate the bulges. Get this and enjoy ewearing fitted dresses again.
