Will these move?

I just want a little lift to add cleavage. I am wearing a strapless bustier top (lingerie inspired) and want to place these in the lower portion of the cup area in the bustier to bump up my cleavage. I'm worried about them moving and showing. Are these the best option? I will not be wearing a bra. I'm a small size C (30C) - what size do you recommend - I'm very narrow.
