warm and cozy, comfortable waistband
ok, so these are not leggings but tights, just footless tights. I would not wear them without my butt covered. that being said, they are warm, soft, cozy, and comfortable. I like being able to wear my own socks with my boots. I like wearing my skirts and tunics all winter. I love them, wear them almost every day when it's cold out, even under jeans for a little extra warmth. I have two pairs and they are in constant rotation. For reference, I'm 5'4", 140 lbs, and got the M/T.

Love my pants!
I live in Alaska and I need as much protection from the cold as I can get. I start with my fleece-lined pants each morning and just love the soft feel of them.

Black dye got all over EVERYTHING
I am not sure where these leggings are made, but the quality is sub-par. Even after rinsing them in cold water before wearing for the first time, the black dye that was used leeched onto everything: my dress, my bag, my hands. At the end of the day I had black palms...not a good look.
I soaked them again for two days straight and the water remained inky black the entire time. I finally washed them in the machine in cold water and air dried but I have not yet worn them as I am afraid I didn't get all the dye out.
I do not recommend.

No way
I don't consider these to be leggings - they have a gusseted seat which to me is more indicative of underwear and in my experience does not wear well, is uncomfortable, and simply won't work.
Fleece lining? Well these are thick knit, inside is soft, but more like t-shirt and while they might be warmer than standard leggings, I hate them and back they go.

I really wanted to love these
I got these leggings to sleep in based on the description and previous review which made them sound like great, comfy, soft leggings. And they were...for a couple hours. After 2-3 hours of wearing them, I noticed that a small hole had formed in the crotch area. Within another couple hours, the hole had turned into a complete split from the crotch all the way up the back about 10 inches long.
For reference, I'm 5'6" and 170lbs. I purchased these in a size Large which claims to fit 5'5"-5'11" tall and 145-175lbs. I think the company needs to adjust their sizing to be more accurate.
These would probably be great for a petite woman or anyone who's into paying $34 for a pair of leggings that you can wear for two hours and then retire to the trash. For me, these were a complete waste of money and I cannot recommend.
