I can't breathe!
Yes, it takes 10 pounds off of you with it's tourniquet effect. I am 5' 6" 155 pounds and carry some weight around the gut. I'll admit, it hid the tummy and did a great job making my midsection look better, but it was so constricting! It felt very uncomfortable. I am not that busty (B cup) and the underwire cut into my skin. I wore it all day and could not wait to take it off. (which my husband had to help me do because I couldn't get it off over my head) Sometimes we endure discomfort in exchange for looking good, but a day on the beach is no fun when you feel this bound in.
