Do miracle body jeans sit at the waist?

I like a waist sitting jean & not too tight at the waist. Everywhere else, I like pretty snug.
Also would love a White Jegging!

The waistband of these jeans hits just below the waist line, they don’t come all the way up to the natural waist but provide full coverage and are not a low rider style. The back of the waistband is curved up a bit higher, so to prevent any back peek when you are seated. They are not tight at the waist. Thank you!
