very disappointed in cup size
Sizing in cup was much too large. They are nothing like other bras I have purchased in the same brand. I am returning them all. Can't exchange them because the next smaller cup size is not available.

Absolutely excellent
This bra is wonderful...I have all kinds of problems with regular bra straps falling off my shoulders. Because of the way this one is made it does not do that. It's very comfortable...in fact I forgot I still had it on last night and slept in it. Like all other bras the straps tend to stretch a little and so not be quite as supportive over time, ...hopefully someday they fix that problem. Overall the best, most comfortable bra I have ever worn.

Do not use if you have pain issues
This was my first purchase from BN. I have to say that the customer service is excellent and will keep me coming back.
After being sick for many months, I found myself needing to increase the size of my bra, but unable to go to a store to try any on. I found this site and after talking to customer service, I was advised to get this bra. When I received it I was excited, but as soon as I tried it on I was completely disappointed. It didn't fit - not even close. Both the band and cups were too big and it was immediately obvious that I would not like this even if it had fit because the bra would definitely cause pointy boobs! So, it was back to the drawing board in my search for a great bra.
Regarding the title of this review: If you have PAIN ISSUES like chronic back pain and/or Fibromyalgia - this IS NOT the bra for you!! Due to the features of the bra for back support, within just a couple minutes of putting this on, my upper back and shoulders were hurting so much that I couldn't get it off quick enough. While the back support feature may work for some, it was definitely not for me.

Very comfortable bra to wear -- even great if you hate wearing them!
I have always loathed bras, and really hated shopping for a new one. I was terrified of ordering one online. I was sure it was not going to fit, that the fabrics would be awful, and that I would just plain hate it. Nothing could be further from the truth with this bra. It has become my favourite from the moment I put it on. It is so comfortable I can sleep in it, or wear it for long travel days. With the front closures, it is easy to get on and off, which is helpful if you have shoulder or back issues which make the typical back-closing bras too difficult. Overall this is a very good bra.

This is one bra that supports me without the straps digging into my shoulders.
