Not what I expected
The cup runs a little large. There is not enough lift, support or control. Having the straps at the maximum still does not hold the breasts up and it looks as if your breasts are sagging.

LOVE IT!
I bought one to see how I like, wore it, loved it and turned around and ordered 6 more. Don't take off as soon as I get home from work.

stiff
I ordered this bra for support and the fact that it wasn't supposed to roll. It rolls up in the middle and it's so stiff it doesn't move with you. Very uncomfortable.

Love the straps but what's up with that seam?
Wearing a 38H, support is essential. I love that there is no way these straps are falling off of my shoulders. However it makes my breasts rather pointy, there is a seam across the cup that is quite noticeable, even with an undershirt on. Who puts a seam there? I like the comfort, but not how it looks under a shirt. I will be looking for a similar style with a smooth cup.

does not support
i bought this bra before and knew it did not support large breasts. however, i broke my elbow and so ordered another one to wear around the house as it is easy to get on over the head. i would not recommend this for full support. it also puckers at the seams. the seamless sports bra glamorize makes, think it's number 1006, is really supportive and what i normally buy.
