Amazing, no-budge support!
This is my first bra-sized sports bra and I am impressed. For the first time in my life, I can do jumping jacks without any bounce. None! I have not been able to jog or run for years due to lack of support and wearing the wrong bra size. I think this bra will enable me to jog again!
The bra does give a pointy shape and the horizontal seaming across the cups shows through my shirts. However, the bra does what it is meant to do: provide maximum support without movement! Keep in mind it is not racerback.

Good supportive bra
I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered up from my regular size. I normally wear a 30FF or 32F. I ordered it in a 30G and 32G. The 30G fits very snug but is very supportive. The 32G gives me more breathing room and is just as supportive. The shape is mildly conical but not that noticeable. I wear it when running and it quickly wicks dry. Great Bra.

Excellent support
This bra gives such good support, there is almost no movement, even when doing the most high impact sports.
