I think this should work. This item is super cute for a shape wear item, but the sizing is just a hair off. I wear a size 14-16 with a very popular plus size clothing company. In the "regular" stores, I run 16-18. When ordering, I thought the XL would be perfect since the woman's size range was 16-18. Well, the item is a bit more snug than I thought it would be. Not unbearably so, but enough that it warranted three stars instead of four. The fabric feels nice. Smoothes in all the right places and doesn't leave many bulging areas. The crotch snaps could use one more row of eyes, but that could be my opinion because the item runs small. Maybe this wouldn't be a problem if I had gone a size up? October 30, 2012
