We display all of our prices to you in U.S. dollars while you are browsing throughout our
store. As you add products to your shopping cart, you will continue to see product prices in U.S. dollars. However, once you begin the check out process,
all charges going forward will be shown in Canadian dollars. For your convenience, we will display "CAD" next to all charges in Canadian dollars.
How much tax will I be charged on my order?
The tax rate applied depends on your ship-to destination. Please refer to the following chart to determine the relevant rate for you.

What will show up on my credit card statement?
Upon shipment, your order will be billed to your credit card by our international service provider, Borderfree. Borderfree will appear as the billing company.
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree once your order clears the Canadian border.
What exchange rate is applied to my orders?
Real-time exchange rates are applied to your orders. The rate charged to you is a guaranteed amount - this will not change once you accept an order. To know the
exact price before you buy, simply add items to your order and begin check out. You will see the exact price for your order in Canadian dollars before you
actually place the order.
Bare Necessities site has real-time inventory, which means that you can see the availability of any color/size combination on each product's web page. Back
ordered items are also shown in the order confirmation email.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Diners Club
online. You may also place your order by printing our order form and mailing it to us with a check or money order enclosed. Please be aware that orders placed
with personal checks require an additional two weeks to process. For your security please do not send cash.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at Bare Necessities is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information,
ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security
of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than
$50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability for unauthorized use of a debit card may be
higher, but most debit card issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards, as well. If your bank does hold you
liable for any amount up to $50, Bare Necessities will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. Bare Necessities
will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred at Bare Necessities, as determined by your
credit card company, and through no fault of your own. You must notify your card provider, in accordance with the
agreement you have with the company, if unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur.

Is gift wrapping available?
We take great pride in our packaging - each order is carefully wrapped in
delicate tissue and placed inside an unmarked shipping box or shipping
envelope. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services although we do
offer gift invoices. Bare Necessities gift invoices are quite similar to our
normal invoices with the exception that they do not contain pricing information.
Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain pricing
information regardless of the type of invoice accompanying the shipment.
Are gift invoices available?
Yes! During the
checkout process you will have an opportunity to choose to have a gift invoice
enclosed with your order. Bare Necessities gift invoices are quite similar to
our normal invoices with the exception that they do not contain pricing
information. Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain
pricing information regardless of the type of invoice accompanying the shipment.
Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?
Occasionally we
offer coupon or promotional codes to our customers. To use one of these codes,
please enter the code on the "Cart" page of our checkout process. If you
place your order over the phone, please inform the customer service agent that
you have a code. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
Your Shopper ID

A Shopper ID is
a unique ID that identifies what is in your shopping cart. In the event that you
are experiencing technical difficulties, or do not wish to continue on your own,
you may call customer service to complete your transaction. By providing our
customer service representatives with this Shopper ID, we can make this
experience speedier and more convenient for you.
How do I change my membership information?
Personal
information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if
you provide the correct password that you create. To access your private
information, you first sign in, and then you can edit or delete your information
through the "my account" page.

Bare Necessities fulfills online Canadian orders through our partner, Borderfree. We partner with Borderfree so our customers can receive their orders
as quickly as possible.
Simply add items to your order and click on "Checkout" to complete your order. You will see your total price including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling
charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. You will pay Borderfree the total amount for your order in Canadian dollars (which means that they will
bill your credit card) and we will ensure that products are shipped promptly.

How much duty do you charge on Canadian orders?
Determining your duty rates depends on many factors (product, country in which the product was manufactured, etc.). To know the exact duty charges before you
buy, simply add items to your order and check out. You will see the exact duty charges prior to submitting the order. Duty is not applicable on any order
totaling less than $20 CAD.
What are your shipping and handling charges for Canadian orders?
Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and
your ship-to destination. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before
you buy, simply add items to your order and begin check out. We will tell you
the exact charges for your desired item(s) before you actually place an order.
What are my shipping options to Canada?
Borderfree offers two shipping options to Canada:
Standard delivery: estimated delivery in 5-11 business days
Expedited delivery: estimated delivery in 5-8 business days
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears our international facility and is on its way to
you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. All other inquiries should be directed to
info@barenecessities.com.

Does Bare Necessities accept international orders?
Currently we only accept orders that ship to the
United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APOs, FPOs and DPOs.
What is Bare Necessities' return policy?
How do I return something?
1. Please email
our customer support team at
orders@barenecessities.com, indicating your Bare Necessities order number, a
description of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
Based on the
items being returned, we will communicate to you the exact value of your credit
for the item(s) being returned. You will be credited for the product value and
any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for customs and
brokerage, if applicable.
Bare
Necessities will communicate to you the mailing address for our Canadian returns
facility.
Clearly
identify our Canadian returns facility address as the destination on the package
labeling. When returning merchandise to Bare Necessities, carefully wrap the
items and return them to the Canadian address provided with shipping charges
prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused.
Please fill out
the Reason for Return Service section (as shown below) on the reverse side of
your original packing slip.

6. Put the
returnable item(s) and a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the Reason for
Return Service section completed) in the original shipment packaging. Please
include all product-packing materials.
7. Present the
package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the
package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the
Canadian address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full
replacement value with your chosen carrier.
8. Once
received at our returns facility, your package will be forwarded to us in the
U.S. and we will credit your return within 10 business days once the package has
been received and processed in the U.S., typically within 14 to 30 business days
after the package is sent.
9. Credit card
companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly
statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on
your statement.
