BUYER



Position Overview

We are looking for highly organized, sales driven, creative Buyer with strong financial and analytic skills who can achieve aggressive sales and margin goals. We expect this position to have significant impact on our business and be an integral part of our strategic growth. This position reports to the Merchandise Manager.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver sales, margin, and inventory turn goals.
• Manage OTB and all of its components.
• Establish and develop strong partnerships with vendors.
• Negotiate with vendors.
• Partner with planner on developing and executing sales plans for categories and vendors.
• Develop and execute assortment plans.
• Perform analysis of business and react accordingly.

SENIOR E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR



Position Overview

The Senior E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for creating strategies for site content, functionality, and features that ensure a great customer experience while maximizing conversion rates, revenue and profit on BareNecessities.com. The Senior E-Commerce Coordinator works closely with the E-Commerce Manager to translate marketing and website merchandising goals into actionable tests and tasks.

As business priorities shift, the Senior E-Commerce Coordinator must be able to react quickly to support business needs, determine daily activities and adjust tactics while delivering on merchandising strategies.

This role requires a high-energy individual who is deadline driven with analytical skills.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Manage the setup and execution A/B /multivariate tests and other experiments across our digital marketing activities
• Program promotional site content, leveraging image mapping to achieve the desired experience
• Execute price changes, sales and promotions including site experience and some light copywriting for the desktop and mobile platforms (phone and tablet)
• Participate in brainstorming and idea creation on what to test and how to optimize our digital marketing
• Create standard, recurring reports to communicate the results of tests
• Create reports and recommendations for online campaigns to achieve strategic and operational business goals
• Scrutinize all site enhancements to ensure page speed and site performance are protected
• Revises schedule according to work request specifications and established priorities

• Experience with personalization tools such as Maxymizer, Monetate, or similar tools
• Experience with Web Analytics packages; Coremetrics, Google Analytics, or other analytics packages

DIRECTOR OF MERCHANDISING PLANNING



Position Overview

We are looking for highly organized, sales driven, creative Director of Merchandise Planning with strong retail financial knowledge and keen analytic skills who will help us achieve aggressive sales and margin goals. We expect this position to have significant impact on our business and be an integral part of our strategic growth. This position reports to the SVP Merchandising.



Essential Job Functions

• Establish strong partnerships with merchandising, marketing and finance teams
• Lead the development and execution of seasonal sales, margin, inventory, and turn plans by category and by vendor
• Team with SVPs of finance and merchandising to drill these goals down to monthly, weekly, and daily plans
• Create seasonal OTB based on total company and vendor/department financial plans
• Team with merchants on recommendations for OTB adjustments based upon sales trend and overall business trend
• Collaborate with merchant team on analysis and actions that result in profitable sales and margin growth
• Perform analysis of business by category, department, vendor, style, and sku. Make meaningful recommendations based upon analysis
• Become the expert of our forecasting and replenishment systems. Drive refinements as well as specific enhancements needed for growth. Conduct meaningful analysis, develop and create business management reports
• Lead merchandise reports development efforts with the IT team

CREATIVE DIRECTOR



Position Overview

The Creative Director is responsible for setting the creative visual direction for Bare Necessities based upon the overall brand strategy and for developing creative campaigns that are fashion forward, market appropriate, innovative, and commercial. This position will lead and direct a creative team in the development of visually compelling and effective experiences for web, email, social media, and special projects across all digital platforms, including tablet and mobile.



Specific Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the visual identity and brand standards for Bare Necessities.
• Provides creative leadership, coaching and professional development to the creative team; mentors, trains, and conducts performance reviews.
• Conceive and design creative solutions that are customer-friendly, deliver upon campaign objectives, and maintain integrity of the Bare Necessities brand.
• Collaborate with the photo studio team to plan and art direct photography to support marketing campaigns as needed.
• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing departments to deliver the most effective creative assets to support marketing efforts.
• Work with the E-Commerce team to optimize the user experience.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.
• Ensure project deadlines are met throughout the creative team.
• Stay current on emerging trends for interactive, mobile, advertising, design, and visual communications, online consumer behavior, and technological advances. Introduce these to future projects where appropriate.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Design / Interactive) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in art direction, design, and brand management, preferably in the retail, fashion or cosmetics industry, with majority of experience in ecommerce and digital.
• Conceptually strong with a sophisticated sense of visual design.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience directing and motivating a creative team.
• Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite 5+ (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign at minimum).
• Strong understanding of HTML, HTML5, CSS, and Flash.
• Extensive experience in design for ecommerce, digital and mobile.

PHOTO SAMPLE COORDINATOR



Position Overview

The Photo Sample Coordinator reports to the Photo Studio Manager and is responsible for managing sample inventory for daily photo shoots. This role is responsible for sample movement to and from the studio, confirming sample inventory, coordinating model bookings, catering, and assisting the Photo Stylist as necessary.



Specific Responsibilities

• Request samples for photoshoots.
• Monitor receipts of new product that has not been activated on the website.
• Coordinate sample delivery with merchandising team and manage disposition of samples.
• Check in sample inventory.
• Prep product for table top and model shoots.

MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR



Position Overview

The Marketing Project Coordinator will ensure smooth workflow of all Marketing campaigns from concept to completion. This role will act as the key liaison between Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative teams to ensure information is captured and communicated accurately and workflow schedules are maintained. The Marketing Project Coordinator will provide assistance as needed to support the marketing, PR, and social media efforts.



Specific Responsibilities

• Own the workflow process – manage and track campaign requests, monitor status to keep schedules and assignments up to date, and escalate when these tasks need to be reprioritized in advance of a conflicting deadline.
• Accurately maintain all marketing campaign data within the workflow system.
• Continuously follow up with team members to ensure that deliverables are understood, all necessary information has been captured, key milestones are accomplished and all team members are adhering to the schedule in order to meet delivery expectations.
• Continuously maintain the Marketing calendar to ensure information is accurate at all times.
• Coordinate and monitor all merchandise turn-ins to ensure all the proper documents and information are submitted and turned in on time. Follow up with merchants to obtain all necessary information.
• Establish and maintain digital and physical job folders for all marketing campaigns.
• Manage the weekly review and approval process.
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and recaps as needed.
• Assist in the generation and compilation of daily, weekly and monthly Marketing reports and postpromotional period analysis.
• Manage other administrative duties and tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Requires independent judgment and sound decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

As a customer service representative you will be responsible for placing phone orders and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service measured by team goals, industry service level standards and most importantly customer satisfaction. The job will be located in our Edison, New Jersey office.


Candidate Requirements:
Service, sales, fashion interest and friendly personality! We are looking for candidates with strong communication, organization and follow up skills. At least three years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative or previous exposure to a Call Center environment is preferred. Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
