Disappointed in this product especially since I paid a high price for it.
These concealers do a good job concealing nipples when they stay in place. These do not stick well to my skin and the edges curl up. I have bought much cheaper ones that work at concealing just as well and stay where they are supposed to. I feel like these are overpriced! I am disappointed in this product.

not as thin as i wanted
I purchased a product similar to this years ago and have worn the heck out of them. I thought these were the same ones, but apparently they are not. They're fine, but not as thin as I would prefer, so in a thin summer top, you can see the shape of them and it can look a bit odd. But all breasts are shaped so differently, it could be perfect for someone else! Therefore, I can't say I wouldn't recommend it. I just have to keep looking. It is a quality product though.

Silicone completely conceals, unlike fabric "daisy" kind
I had worn the satiny-fabric, daisy-shaped nipple concealers for years, even though they allowed a slight nipple show-through, which I figured was the best I could do, and better than nothing. But the Top Hats completely conceal; there is no nipple show-through at all! Although the Top Hats are much thicker than the fabric "daisies," the silicone circles don't seem to show under my bra. There can be a little bit of an outline of the perimeter of the Top Hats, depending on the bra, but at least you're not seeing the nipples. I wish I had found these years ago! At 2 3/4" in diameter, they are wide enough to cover the entire nipple/aureola area. The adhesive is very sticky, and I worried it would aggravate my sensitive skin, but I've had no reaction whatsoever. The Top Hats don't seem disposable to me, and at $30, I intend to get a lot of use out of them. I suppose the adhesive may eventually wear off, but the silicone itself is so "sticky," I think my bra would still hold the Top Hats in place. I keep the plastic peel-off backing to replace on the adhesive when I take them off. I also keep the the little round box they came in for storage when I'm not wearing them. I am ordering two more pairs, one to keep in my travel bag -- I don't want to forget these! -- and another pair just in case something happens to the first pair. They have become that important to me.

Works perfectly
I bought this to wear inside my bras. I am a 34 DDD and extremely self-conscious because my nipples are very sensitive and reactive. It really influences what I feel comfortable wearing because I don't want to flash everyone all the time. Because of this, I typically wear numerous layers of clothing and it still doesn't hide the flash, so I end up wearing a sweater in the heat or just hunching over. This product is seriously life-changing. For the first time in about 10 years, I wore a single layer tank top out of the house. The concealers actually WORK. I was in all climates (from extreme heat to air-conditioning) and they stayed put and worked all day long. I have followed the directions for care and worn them about 25 times now. Because they are held in place by my bra, I can probably get quite a few more wearings out of them, but to wear them alone they might be starting to lose their adhesive or staying power. I really only wish they weren't disposable. I have no other complaints. I have pretty sensitive skin and the adhesive has not aggravated the skin on or around my nipples.

Glad I finally found these!
A friend mentioned that she used these and I had to try them out. They're expensive but the little "petal" type has never worked for me, and sometimes even a lined bra and a cami AND a shirt (especially with how thin the material can be) isn't enough. These are definitely worth the price! They work great and I love that they are reusable and will last a long time. They're reasonably comfortable, too.
