My current favorite!
I've been on a quest to find the perfect underpants. Hanky Panky? (No. Except for the cotton bikini style, which they seem to have discontinued) Commando? (No. Sent back). Though these aren't perfect (they can ride up sometimes, but it's not as uncomfortable as it can be in binding underpants), they are very darn close. They don't roll down from the top. They don't cut off circulation, they don't irritate around the leg-holes (even after a long day).

Simple and comfortable
It pairs well with any plain bra and is very comfortable. Sometimes, there is VPL, but it depends on what you wear. Overall, I'd recommend this style.
