Need to size up for comfortable fit.
I love the idea of this bra BUT you need to size up up up. I bought these bras to wear as sleep bras and when I am lounging at home. I wear a 36/38 band and the Large is like having a compression band around my chest. There is no way this bra stretches to fit 2XL. The 2XL which I bought for my daughter (usually 40/42) fits OK for me but definately not for her. I am keeping the bras because I can pass the L on to someone smaller than me and I can wear the 2XL myself. If I bought them again I would order up 2 sizes.

These run uncomfortably small!
I have been wearing a version of this bra for years and years, and when I ordered several new ones I was dismayed to see that they have redone this style is in a much stiffer, less comfortable fabric, and it runs very very small...my normal size (medium) that was so comfortable in the older versions now makes me feel like I can barely breathe, and digs into my shoulders. I'm so sad, because this has always been my wire-free bra of choice, but I'm going to have to find a new favorite. :(

Comfortable!
I ordered two and have worn them every day. I even went through my drawer of bras and tossed everything that didn't feel great.
I did have to send one back because it unraveled in the wash, but the return policy is generous and easy and I will continue to purchase these items.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I am 5'3" with a B cup, but wide shoulders and rib cage, so I would order the large next time instead of the medium, as the size chart indicates. I hate wearing a bra, so this is the next thing to NOT, while still giving excellent support and coverage. I will order these again.
BN was nice enough to refund upgraded postage cost that I mistakenly ordered...a very nice touch!
