Polo Ralph Lauren:

100% woven cotton
Four years of washing and wearing, and still going!
I bought two pair of these in 2009, and have been wearing and washing to this day--I love 'em! Therefore, I'm surprised to learn of the adverse experience of the previous reviewer--which makes me wonder if Ralph and the gang have cheapened this sleep pant since my purchase so long ago? One of my two sleep pants wore out after three years of service, which I don't think to be premature given the amount of wear and machine washing I put them through in that period of time. The other one is still holding up well to this day, so I thought I'd pick up another pair or two while I can. I'd be hugely dissappointed to ever find these discontinued.
I recall from my last purchase of this exact Polo item that they were way over-sized, though I can't say yet if this is still the case until my new ones arrive. I have a 31.5" inseam with the same size waist and had to exchange those size Mediums for size Small (28-30) at that time in 2009. Due to that sizing discrepancy these lose one star in my otherwise five-star rating, but with that adjustment they did fit perfectly, and held up respectfully over the years, so I've not been disappointed in any other way.
The features I love (XOXOX!) about this particular style Polo sleep pant, by Ralph Lauren, is the elastic waist band (...rather than a draw string common in other styles; which I would find to be a nuisance), the single button fly, the side "slit" pockets, the generous fit, and the high thread count in the 100% fine cotton woven fabric. For these reasons, and for their durability as I know it, I'm presently purchasing another pair or two. Though, due to the previous reviewer's experience with possible current quality issue or manufacturing defect, I will update my review here with regard to any changes I find in the quality/durability, features and fit of this garment compared to my old ones...
