Amazing pants!
As a size 12/14 with a "baby belly" left over after three kids, I have trouble wearing closer fitting pants. These are truly amazing. They are extremely flattering. They come up to a bit past my belly button and I can wear a t-shirt over them without the dreaded "roll" hanging out! I'm going to buy the ponte legging (the dressier version) next. Love, love, love! So glad i stumbled into these pants. Bare Necessities had the best price when they had a sale. I will say I would normally take a Large in this kind of item and I definitely needed the XL, so take that into consideration.

Nice control, but reflect a bit of shine ...
These leggings are nice if you don't mind the shimmer, or shine effect. Best worn as exercise wear or in a darker setting when going out. Unfortunately I wanted to wear them for "going out", so I will be returning them.

Leggings with a "flare"
I love Lysse and all their products. I decided to buy the Boot Cut version since I have the leggings. I find that the length is a bit too long for me - I'm 5'2". These are perfect if you're a little taller. Nonetheless, I just hemmed mine and love these, too.

Runs small and short
I wanted to love these leggings but I'm also 5'6" (like the other reviewer) and I think these run quite short. At least an inch too short. That is my only problem with these. I love the tummy control although the sizing runs small here too. I usually wear size 10 pants but have a thick waist (maybe more of a size 12 waist) and the size L leggings barely fit my midriff. A size 14 would definitely need to buy these in XL.
I purchased these leggings in charcoal and in black and both colors are short. If you are familiar with the Shapefx (Spiegel) bootcut leggings, the regular length of those is longer than the Lysse legggings.
