Should have gone down a size
I really like this shaper, but I wish I would have gone down a size. I ordered according to my measurements and bought a size 2X. When I wear it it doesn't really feel like it's doing too much to hold me in. I'm purchasing another in a smaller size to see how it goes.

Love this product, does what I wanted.
Wish they made a slightly shorter one though. Comes up a little too high for my short body. Still love it though!

Better than expected!
I've been a multi-layer Spanx wearer for a long while now, and I must say that these put them to shame.
I watched Dr. Rey's infomercial about how the seams work much the same as his procedures, and this was absolutely the case from the moment that I put them on. I felt the tugging around my midsection as it slimmed my figure into a more hourglass shape.
To say that makes it seem uncomfortable, but they're very comfortable for everyday wear for one who is used to wearing shapewear frequently. We measured a four-inch difference in my waistline after I paired these with the shaping singlet. Unlike the singlet, I feel that these are true to size, and provide the level of control that they profess.
I will never purchase another brand of shapewear!

Great control
I bought the same style in champagne from a dept store so when I saw it on Bare Necessities I did not hesitate to order it in black. I like it but the garment I received has hooks instead of snaps (hooks like on a bra). So I have to pull the shape wear all the way down instead of being able to open it from the bottom because it's awkward to use the hooks to close the garment while wearing the shape wear. The garment is much more functional with snaps instead of hooks.
