Pretty much totally worth it.
I got a size 36FF and I'm thinking about swapping out for a 38F. Everything fits fine, except for the sides of the cups and a bit on the top. Also, the nipple seams aren't totally lined up with where you'd expect them, so you have to do some adjusting there. This is an amazingly supportive bra. I'm really hoping that I just need to go a cup size down, because this thing is amazing.

A bit big but I still love it
I read the other reviews for this bra before I purchased it and I just have to say that I haven't run into the problems with the seams on the cups like so many other people have. I'm not sure why. It might be because my breasts are heavy and soft (not perky or firm) and so my breasts are not full up at the top and therefore do not really push against the seams. I do want to suggest to all of those people that are having problems with the seams to make sure that you are wearing the correct size bra. Most women are not in the right size. If you're having problems with the seams, I predict that you are not wearing a big enough cup. Anyway, yes, this bra runs pretty large. I ordered a 30 because the last few bras I ordered in 28 were too tight. I am probably going to order another one of these bras in a 28 soon, but I am keeping this 30 because it is just so comfortable.

Runs small
I got a 30F and compared it to my 28G and the band was the same length, which was actually perfect for me because I wanted a 28. The bra is darker than in the picture, quite dark actually. I think it's supportive and well made. But the lace didn't lay flat, it stuck out. I actually considered keeping it, but I decided that I didn't want such a dark color.

Love this bra!
This bra is the answer to my prayers. Supportive, great for full on top breasts, nice round profile. The cups are true to size but the band runs large for Panache. Definitely size down in the band. This bra is amazingly comfortable too.
