Great looking sports bra
I'm happy that I purchased this bra. It's very stylish and supportive for running. My one complaint would be that the cups are very thin so if you're wearing the bra with a tight top you will get nipple show through. As for sizing, I'd say that the cups are true to size but the band is on the tight side. I usually am in between a 32 and 34 and in this bra I wear the 34 band on the loosest hook.

Great fit and easy to nurse
Cup size/shape fits great, very natural. I was looking for a bra I felt comfortable wearing now that I am back to work in a professional setting. This works great, looks good under clothes but easy to pump/nurse while wearing it!

Loyal daytime bra for many years
I thought I was a 34D for a long time before a proper fitting at a department store about 10 years ago "diagnosed" me with a 32DD. I bought 2 "minimizers" as a result of that visit, yet found the Freya Rio online. I like it so much better than a minimizer, because it does not push the breasts off the torso and -without padding!- guides them into a natural and supported shape. Bare Necessities always has this in stock, and I am so glad it is offered in a nude color too after a hiatus. I can buy dresses in my real size and less often have to buy a size up and tailor the waist and hips.

Comfortable but extremely sheer
Great fit, true to size, and very comfortable. Rather full coverage, so it's not good for low-cut shirts. The seams aren't as noticeable as in many other seamed bras BUT the material is very very sheer. You can see every last bit of detail of breast through this bra. I've never had a bra quite this see-through.

I stand up for this bra
It's that supportive. Improves my posture (at least around the house ). I have heavy and very sensitive breast tissue.( 32DDD) If a bra does not provide optimal support, my breasts actually ache painfully. I returned the Chantelle. For some reason, Freya bras and a few Moving Comfort bras, a Panache bra, are about the only bras I can wear. I love the contained and slightly pointy contour they provide. A little retro. Madonna would love this bra. It's very smooth feeling, also.

Perfect sports bra
I own a few of these, and whenever I need another sports bra, I turn to this one. It's pricey, but no other brand has the same amount of support. It's comfortable and does its job exceptionally well.
