good fit and coverage
I like this bra for my size 34H bust. There was a little extra room when I tried it on, but bending over, leaning forward, helped fill the cups. It's comfortable during Zumba class, with great coverage. One very small annoyance: you have to hook the clasp in the back after you put it on, so you have to be dexterous in accomplishing that--OR have a loved one to assist. It's not a hassle for me, but a game-changer for some. It's for t-strap only, but I find it hard to find such a bra in my size.

Great support
This bra has really good support! I do aerobics and run with this on and it keeps me in place which is hard with a size D cup. The only con I have is that it has 2 straps in the back that you have to clasp and it is very difficult to clasp the second strap yourself.

Better than expected! 40G
I appreciate this bra for multiple reasons. It gives a decent shape, as far as nursing bras go. I don't feel like my G cup breasts are smushed to the center of the bra. They actually stay in the cups. I also like how the band is well made and thick enough to actually wrap around my rib cage instead of fold up to the underside of the boobs. I know a lot of this has to do with sizing, but the quality is another huge factor. The fabric is comfortable and breathes well. The seams on the cups don't show under a cotton shirt. The straps don't itch. The only thing I don't like is while everything is in it's own cups, I prefer a little more separation than this does provide, but that's almost impossible to find without an underwire pressing against the sternum to provide that for me. Out of the bras I've owned over the years of nursing 3 kids, this is by far the best.

Great sports bra!
I ordered this and another Shock Absorber bra after I finally admitted that my Anitas were dingy and worn out. I wasn't completely satisfied with my previous sports bras so I tried Shock Absorber and there is a HUGE difference. No bounce and very supportive! A bit hard to get the thing on, but that goes with the territory of being busty. My only real complain is that after a few uses one of the hooks started coming out- not the actual hook, but the thing you hook it into. It still works fine but I'm afraid it's going to pop out. I suppose I could just use the next row in that case, but I'd suggest maybe ordering up a band size.

A better nursing bra compared to Anita
This is relatively a better nursing bra regarding the fit, support, and comfort. Don’t ask too much for the look though! The fit is true to the size, but the elastic band around the chest stretches as one wears the bra. The band goes back to the original size with each wash.

Good enough
I used to wear Elila brand bras, but decided to switch because they did not hold up long. I wear a 36-N in this bra and am 5'3". I have hand washed the bra 3 times so far. The good: I like the fabric, it is very sturdy and I think it will hold up for a while. It has good coverage and I like that the straps are adjustable without the flappy strap thing like my Elila bras. The bad: I have only had the bra a month. I started wearing it on the loosest hook on day one. That was not tight enough, so I moved it to the middle set of hooks. That was ok for two weeks, but the very top hook is starting to pull out already. I moved to the tightest setting and now that top hook is starting to pull out. I have that problem on many bras, so it must be how I am built. I am only 5"3 so the first week I was sore under the arm where the boning is. It is a ton of coverage on the side for a short person. I have to wear the strap pulled as tight as it will go to keep the girls up and in place. I have ordered Goddess before so I knew the cups fit me small and ordered up a cup size from what I usually order. I am glad I ordered up a size, otherwise it would have been too small. The padding on the straps is not helpful and just seems to get in the way. It twists all over the place and is a pain to get straight. I am going to cut them off tonight. The only thing I would change right now would be the hooks. They need to really sew those things in well! I get tired of doing my own repairs after a few weeks wear. All that being said, I would still order it again. Bras are hard to find in my size so it is better than most I have tried.

Good but no lift
Good for keeping my girls contained, but would be great if I could find a bra that would help lift in my size also.

Very comfy, a real keeper
Goddess Alice is so well fitting and confortable I bought one in every color. They wear well and keep their shape after washing. I followed the directions and did not use bleach or softener and hung them up to dry. I will buy Goddess Alice as I need more.

Wire-free bras have come a long way. They used to be considered grandma bras, but now they’re much more than that and they offer ample support for your girls. Wire free bras have soft molded cups that provide awesome lift without an uncomfortable wire. Some have padding and others do not. There is a huge variety of wire-free bras including contour bras, sports bras, maternity bras, nursing bras, mastectomy bras and others. Contour bras offer a smoothing, seamless shape with soft (usually padded) cups. Sports bras often fall into the wire-free bra category due to their soft cup structure. Sports bras provide ample support for your breasts while you exercise. They’re designed with wider straps and supportive cups to reduce the bounce impact to your breasts. Many of these styles offer maximum control, but are also available for low impact activities. Maternity bras and nursing bras are usually wire-free as well. These bras are an excellent choice for the expecting mom and the new mom that is nursing her newborn. They tend to be constructed of soft microfibers or cottons and will have soft cups, adjustable straps and easy snaps for convenient nursing access. Certain styles have foam-lined cups to prevent show-through and others are unlined. Mastectomy bras are almost always wire-free. The soft cups in these post-surgery bras provide great shape and support with the use of a prosthesis. There are other soft cup bras that are simply just for aesthetically pleasing purposes. While they may offer great support, they’re primary purpose is to look sexy and be “5 minute wear”. These styles are usually manufactured from lace and trimmed with embellishments. They can be a halter style or triangle bra style. Brands like Elle Macpherson Intimates, DKNY, Hanky Panky, Lunaire, Hanro, SPANX, Wacoal and Chantelle design fabulous fitting wire-free bras that will lift, smooth and shape your girls beautifully.
