low back bra, not t-shirt
First, I am delighted with this bra. However, the title is very poor. I would call this a low back bra rather than a t-shirt bra. It is not at all what I thought I was ordering, and while very comfortable for what it is, will never be a go-to bra on days I'm dressed down in a tee.
There is an extra strap that cannot be removed that fits across your abdomen just below the ribs. I at first was not sure where it should go, but after putting it on, there's no other spot it would fit properly. This is what keeps the strap across your back low without pulling the bra down with it. The design is quite clever
Note that while the straps can be removed, the bra is not adequately supportive for a 34 ddd without them. Perhaps one could get away with it with smaller breasts or a garment that has its own boning, but not under a t shirt. The straps could go over the shoulder, cross in front, cross in back, or halter. It also comes with clear straps.
I think the title of this bra ought to be changed, but then again, I likely would have laughed at the mere thought of a 34ddd low back bra and never had the good fortune of stumbling upon this style
Just enough padding to support and hide the nips. Sizing is spot on. Support is average, which I was impressed with considering the low back style achieved without any boning and without a stiff hot bodice digging into your belly when you sit.
